Uzumaki Cave
Uzumaki Cave is the second region of Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus. It is a large, dimly lit, and dangerous cave where Shimeji lives.
Overview
Bō's goal in Uzumaki Cave is to find and slay the Particularly Unmanageable Armakillo in order to retrieve the Eye of the Beast for Asahi, as payment for "stealing" his tea kettle.
Uzumaki Cave is originally blocked off by a Blue Bamboo Wall. Bō must smash through this wall with the Bamboo Bat in order to access the cave. Once inside, Bō will need to find Shimeji's house and help herd his Armapillos to receive the Shita Key, which will unlock the chamber where the Particularly Unmanageable Armakillo is sealed.
Uzumaki Cave is where Bō will gain the Kodama Charcoal, their first Daruma Doll, their first omamori, and the Lotus Dash ability.

Notable Locations
Altar Room
The Altar Room is a small room in the western part of Uzumaki Cave. It holds three empty lavishly decorated offering tables in the center, flanked by rows of candles.
While the current purpose of the room is unknown, the name of the background song (Amaterasu's Sorrow) can be interpreted to imply that the offering tables are meant to hold the three imperial relics wielded by the Sakura Shogun.
Shimeji's Armapillo Ranch
Shimeji's Armapillo Ranch is located in the southeast part of Uzumaki Cave. It consists of Shimeji's hut and the surrounding tunnels. It is where Shimeji lives and raises Armapillos, and was the home of his family before him.
Particularly Unmanageable Armakillo Chamber
The Particularly Large Armakillo Chamber is located in the northeast part of Uzumaki Cave. It consists of the Particularly Large Armakillo arena and the proceeding tunnels. It and the namesake Armakillo inside were locked behind large door by Shimeji using the Shita Key some time ago.
